Who is "LISA"?
"LISA" is an acronym for the Life Insurance Sustainability Analysis. The LISA Report is an independent analysis of inforce life insurance contracts; designed to help trustees and policy owners better manage, maintain, and understand their existing coverage.

the lisa report process
- Policy owner signs an Inforce Illustration Authorization for each applicable contract (see link & instructions below)
- LISA Report processes the signed Inforce Authorization(s) with the appropriate insurance carrier(s)
- LISA Report analyzes the inforce illustration(s) and provides a detailed report to the trustee / policy owner
Inforce Authorization Instructions:
a) Fill in the name of the insurance company & applicable contract number(s) at the top of the form. b) Have the policy owner(s) sign & date the bottom of the form. c) Return the signed authorization to info@lisareport.com
